Need to focus?

"So this post isn't on schedule," you note to yourself. Well, yeah. That is quite true. I just had some free time to make a post and I thought that it was a good waste when I could do something productive. I found an amazing product that has second to miraculous properties. Continued below.

So you find yourself reading this post and possibly not doing what you are supposed to do. If this is you, then I have some good news for you. There is a compound that is extracted from green tea known as L-Theanine. This compound has some interesting properties that make it seem to be the new Snake Oil, the old drug that was praised and ridiculed for its rumored ability to cure everything, including make you immortal (it didn't work, of course.) Well, L-Theanine actually has some interesting properties, especially when coupled with caffeine, you know that stuff found in your coffee that makes you wake up in the morning and able to function as a normal human. While it may be a bit pricey, I find that it is worth the cost. As a stand alone supplement, a single capsule can help reduce stress, improve focus, smooth out social interaction, for those introverts among us, and just promote overall blissful mental health. But when you pair it with caffeine, from your daily cup of joe for example, you get a whole other level of heightened focus, as well as a highly productive mindset. Now the cool thing about L-Theanine? Well, it is nearly impossible to overdose on, as the LD50 (amount that kills half of a sample) is a whopping 5 grams per kilogram! That's the equivalent of a 132 pound person consuming roughly a half pound of the stuff. Personally, I have tried it and it seems to really help me relax, and I'm currently doing a study on the effects of L-Theanine on stress on heart rate and blood oxygen, to which the results so far are quite surprising. I'm not finished the study yet, but I will be in a couple of weeks, and you can expect an in-depth results post.

Now time for the legal stuff so I cannot be sued:
